Onboarding

We care about those who join us. The first three months are for adaptation and support: HR and team are nearby and attention is given to each step.

On the first day, a beginner receives a Welcome Book, i.e. a guide to SlonWorks: history, structure, culture and people: everything to become part of the team quickly.
